Prayer teams

We are looking for individuals for our prayer team. You can pray at home or come to our prayer room at our center to pray. No set schedule and you have the flexibility to pray during the day. You will get a text message when a prayer need arises.

Mobile unit volunteers 

We need volunteers for each time we take the mobile unit out to the abortion clinic. Right now we are going out on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Monday and Thursday’s we are in Greensboro; Tuesday and Friday’s we are in Winston Salem. The times vary but you can volunteer for as little as 1 hour to 5 hours on one day.

• Sidewalk Advocate- this is for a male or female. You will reach out to those going into the abortion clinic or to the person who brought them to the clinic. You will be peaceful, prayerful, and law abiding as you seek to reach out and have conversations with those coming to the clinic. This position requires training.
• Patient advocate- this is for a female who is willing to be a support person to the patient. You will chaperone the ultrasound and provide a listening ear to the patient and help her with her intake form paperwork. Training is required for this position.
• Prayer walkers- pray and walk in the area where the mobile unit is located.

Male father of the baby advocates

Father of the baby advocate. Ideally anytime a patient comes to the center and the father of the baby is with her we would like to have a man here to meet with the him while we are meeting with her. We would also like a man who would go through the fatherhood program with individual dads or as a group class of dads.

Abstinence Educators

We need men to help us teach the sexual risk avoidance program to 6^th, 7^th, 8^th, and 9^th This program takes place during the school day and some days are all day long and some are for a few hours a day over several days depending on the grade and the school. Training is required for this position.

Fundraising/grants/marketing/church liaisons

• Fundraising – help us with our various fundraisers or come up with your own fundraiser for the ministry and we will come along side of you. Help us to get the word out about our fundraisers.
• Grants – we need help with finding, writing, and securing grants.
• Marketing- help us get the word out about our ministry/fundraisers through social media, putting out signs, and posters. We need help with designing marketing materials also. Form relationships with potential business or individual donors.
• Church liaison- share with your church and other churches about our ministry and events going on for our ministry.

None of us at the center are computer literate and we need help from time to time at the center and on the mobile unit.

Bi-lingual

We can use you in all areas from time to time. Would help with translating to patients directly and in converting our paperwork to Spanish.

Baby Boutique Helpers

We need help with organizing and sorting donations that come in for our Baby Boutique.

We need help with projects from time to time.
